Refund Policy

Last updated 29 August 2026

Try it before you buy it

Pagequire has a free version that does everything the paid version does except produce clean press files: exports are watermarked proofs. You can check that it opens your artwork, runs the print checks and produces the pages you expect before paying anything. We would rather you did that than ask for a refund later.

14-day refund

If you buy Pagequire and it is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request one

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or the Paddle order number from your receipt. You can also reply directly to your Paddle receipt.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days; how quickly it appears depends on your bank.

After 14 days

We will still read your email. If the software is not doing what this site says it does, tell us and we will either fix it or refund you. That is a commitment we intend to keep rather than a legal obligation.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.

Licenses after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the license issued with it is no longer valid and you should stop using the paid features. Files you already exported remain yours.
